5 traits all entrepreneurs must posses.

While some people claim success is all luck, its not quite so with an entrepreneur who is hard headed.

Leaders are not born but made, a lot of these successful entrepreneurs we see give their time, take risks and shun discouragement to get to where they are now.

To be a successful business person, here are 5 traits you should posses.

1. Determination
Building a business entails a lot of hard work and focus. Without a burning desire according to Napoleon hill, one can't reach his goals.

A determined entrepreneur knows he should keep pressing till he achieve his goals, he puts it at heart that must make it at all cost. And without this its almost impossible to make it as an entrepreneur.

2. Communication
This is where a lot of training is needed, most entrepreneurs shun this part of business, as they are mostly introverted, but this is one of the most important aspect that needs to be taken care of.
Communication in words (oral) and in text. You need to be a good speaker as well as a prolific writer.
It takes good communication to confront potential investors.

3. Risk taker.
Entrepreneurs must be able to take calculated risks, not just any risk. To be successful in business one must know that building an empire involves gains as well big losses.
An entrepreneur must take risks that will expound the scale of his business. This is just a law guarding the business world.

4. Open to change
An entrepreneur must be adaptable to changes around him that will affect his business.

We once relied on steel, then farming, then media then tech. An entrepreneur must know that change is inevitable if his business must grow. He must be ready to accept those changes and be fully equipped to benefit from it.

These changes are economic, climate, social, political and many others.

5. Self-belief
Imagine if the founder of facebook had said " oh, am just a little boy", he would have been truly 'cos, no one would know facebook.
An entrepreneur needs to have full believe in himself, his dreams, and ambition.
Without self believe an entrepreneur will fall for every discouragement that sets him inferior, discouragement form parents, friends, society and lecturers.
Stick to your self worth and watch things work for you!
