FG approves the establishment of 6 private universities

The Federal Executive Council has approved the establishment of six new private Universities in Nigeria.

It was agreed l at the Federal Executive Council meeting presided over by Vice Presidnet Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday, December 6th.

Having in attendance the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, who briefed State House correspondents at the end of meeting.

It can be recalled that last year the minister of education talked about allowing for the establishment of more universities in the country to beat down the high number of admission seekers.
