Do JAMB's new date feel right?

Just a few days back the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB), announced that the sale of forms for admission into tertiary institutions will begin on the 6th of december and end on the 6th of February.
It's not a thing of surprise that the board cannot keep to their previous date which was in the month of November. The board moving the date of registration rings a lot of thoughts in the minds of applicants, it is only in my opinion that i either criticize or laud the act. This act is both advantageous as well as disadvantaged.
Considering the situation of the country which is most important, opening portal for registration during festive periods does not sound convincing at all. At a time like this we should be aiming at reducing crowds not growing them, recently there was a bomb blast at a maiduguri market that led to the loss of lives of many people.God forbid i don't pray so but at least the board put security factors into consideration.
Most Nigerians believe that the government does not take the educational sector very seriously and its a sad ideology, jamb being  unable to comply to a fixed date is inciting that the board is not immensely concentrated on respect and commitment to the educational sector.
Dwelling more on security, I wish that the government deplores tight security to registration centers not just leaving the place scanty and open to conflict. Last jamb most centres were free from security to an extent that the candidates erupted into physical fight with the staffs, locations in jos experienced such incident and its not our wish that it is repeated again.

I picked sectors in the country that have a lot of opportunities to dig into. While it might differ in location, these are the ones i found in my place. Feel free to add yours at the comment box below. 1. Poultry Farming.   With the festive periods drawing close, chicken is not only needed but eggs also. These eggs can be supplied to restaurants as well as sold to retail outlets. Believe me I've seen a lot of people make it in this business. If you start with 1,000 birds and manage your poultry farm properly, when the turnover on investment begins to come, you will be making millions annually. ...

For the next 2 to 3 weeks I'll be doing a write up on job security in the Nigeria media industry, where I'll discuss based on findings and observations, the job security level of media workers.
